1. Purpose
To provide a safe environment for online and in-person fitness sessions while minimising the risk of injury.

2. Coach Responsibilities
The coach will:

Deliver programs appropriate to the client’s ability

Conduct pre-training health questionnaires (PAR-Q or equivalent)

Encourage clients to obtain medical clearance if needed
-
Demonstrate exercises safely and provide clear instructions
-
Maintain professional insurance

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Disclose injuries, medical conditions, or limitations
-
Train in a safe environment (clear space, suitable flooring, stable equipment)
-
Follow instructions carefully

Stop exercise immediately if experiencing pain, dizziness, or discomfort
-
Provide emergency contact details

4. Online Coaching Safety

Ensure adequate space and lighting

Use equipment properly and inspect for safety

Be mindful of pets, children, or obstacles in the area

5. Liability

Clients participate at their own risk

ROUNDY Strength + Fitness is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe environments or improper use of equipment

Clients are encouraged to seek medical advice before beginning any new fitness program

6. Reporting issues
Clients should immediately report:

Unsafe conditions

Equipment damage
-
Any injury sustained during a session​​
